Thomson Hayton Winkley have been running a further series of Pensions Seminars for all the employees who work at Thomson Hayton Winkley Group which includes Solicitors, Estate Agents, Financial Services and The Rural Law Practice.

The seminars were delivered by David Winnard, an Independent Financial Adviser, at Thomson Hayton Winkley Financial Services.

The briefings have taken place in Kendal, Windermere and J36 to update all staff about recent rule changes to pensions and what they could expect when they reach retirement age.

David Winnard said:

“Hopefully we will all, at some stage, be in a position to retire and this was a good opportunity for us to inform colleagues of the many benefits of having a workplace pension plan. The seminar included the options which are available at retirement, how the state and other pensions and savings can also assist in planning for a comfortable retirement.”
